The Fine Print:
We value your privacy and your information is never sold, and is only used for communication between us. Such as newsletters, current specials and schedule availability or changes we are making. You always have the option to opt out from communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of any emails you receive.
All our therapists are state licensed and maintain that license.
Draping will be used for each and every massage. No Exceptions.
Late & No Show:
We understand that life sometimes gets in the way of our plans. We try to be understanding but please understand when you schedule you are booking our time. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or will be late. If you think you will be over 15 minutes late you will need to reschedule so you get your full time. We will try our best to get you your full time if you are late, but to be fair to our following client your session could be shortened by the amount of time you are late. If less than 24 hour notice you could be subject to $30 fee. After the third time you will no longer be able to schedule online.
Payment is due at time of service It is up to you to make sure your insurance covers massage therapy services. If your insurance doesn't pay you are responsible for payment in full. Ask us about a payment plan if needed. If you have any questions feel free to ask us.
Most insurance companies (including auto and L&I) require a referral from your primary doctor or chiropractor to receive massage. Please have one at your first appointment.
Sorry but we do not offer refunds for massage services. If you have prepaid services you can gift them to someone else if you prefer.
