Do you suffer from headaches, insomnia, do your shoulders feel like they are carrying the weight of the world? Did you know for most people regular massages (once a month at least) can make a huge difference in those things! When is the last time you took an hour or more just for yourself? (be honest it's been awhile)
Massage can also help with a variety of other things too. When you feel your patience running thin with those you care about it is time for a massage!
If you have been in a car accident or some other accident massage is a great way to help you heal. The same is true after most surgeries. Massage can be a vital part of your health care. Especially when used along with physical therapy or chiropractic care.
A little bit about Tranquil Moments Massage, We started in October 2012, but have over 16 years experience. We strive to be the most professional and compassionate therapists you will find. We know and use a variety of massage techniques and think we have a nice balance between spa and medical setting. We want each of our clients to feel like they are visiting a friend when they come in while at the same time meeting their massage goals from reducing stress or insomnia to healing after an auto accident or other injury and everything in between. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions, or better yet schedule an appointment and see for yourself what we can do.
