Your Information:
I value your privacy and your information is never sold, and is only used for communication between us. Such as newsletters, current specials and schedule availability or changes we are making. You always have the option to opt out from communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of any emails you receive.
Licensing:
Megan has been licensed with the state of Washington since 2004. (I have no plans of stopping)
Draping:
Draping will be used for each and every massage according to Washington State guidelines. No Exceptions.
Late & No Show:
Sessions begin and end on time. If the client is late the session will still end at the originally agreed upon time and there will be no prorating of cost. If the therapist is late the session will continue for the originally agreed upon length of time or be prorated, whichever the client chooses.
24 hr notice is respectfully requested when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. After 3 no show/no calls you will no longer be able to schedule with us. Your time is just as valuable as my time is.
Payment:
Payment is due at time of service It is up to you to make sure your insurance covers massage therapy services. If your insurance doesn't pay you are responsible for payment in full. Ask us about a payment plan if needed. If you have any questions feel free to ask us.
Prepaid Services:
You have 1 year from the date of purchase to use any prepaid services at full value. After 1 year any amount remaining will be applied towards the total amount due. (Example: if you paid $55 for a 60 min massage and haven't used it after 1 year you would need to pay an additional $14 to reach the $69 amount due)
Referral:
Most insurance companies (including auto and L&I) require a referral from your primary doctor or chiropractor to receive massage. Please have one at your first appointment.
Refunds:
Sorry but we do not offer refunds for massage services. If you have prepaid services you can gift them to someone else if you prefer.
